Noble & Benden Drives Commercial/Light Industrial Subdivision

This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the development of an entire commercial/light industrial subdivision, including over 4,100’ of roadway with curb and gutter and sidewalks, 8,445’ of sanitary sewer, 6,829’ of water line, 5,189’ of storm sewers and a storm water detention basin sized to handle most of the 88-acre subdivision. This project was completed on a very tight schedule with plans completed within four months of authorization to proceed.
Project estimated construction cost was $2 million.
