Heartland Trail, Phase 3

This Multi-Use Path Project involved surveying and engineering services for the design and preparation of detailed plans for a 1,400’ long project, including a 10’ wide, concrete multi-use trail in Orrville. Our work involved design of the path, a 120’ long retaining wall, two street crossings, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention plan, preparation of the bid package, and assistance during the bidding process. We also prepared exhibits for the acquisition of easements required from adjoining property owners.

The low bid was $143,284.
