This Commercial & Residential Subdivision project in the City of Shelby involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the development of an entire commercial and residential subdivision, including over 11,500 feet of roadway with curb and gutter and sidewalks, 8,540 feet of sanitary sewer, 12,030 feet of water line, 7,302 feet of storm sewers and two five acre storm water retention ponds sized to handle most of the 160 acre subdivision. Project estimated construction cost was $3,663,100. Client: Phillips Investments, Ltd., 2007
