WAY-241-0.02 State Bridge Replacement

Project located on S.R.241 over the West Branch of Crabapple Creek in Wayne County.  Provided engineering and surveying services concerning road reconstruction, right-of-way and bridge replacement for a 150’ long project.  Designed a precast concrete box culvert 6’ rise x 20’ span x 42’ long with full-height concrete headwalls.  Due to the presence of weak organic soils, a 1.87’ deep by 32’ wide by 42’ long biaxial geogrid reinforced aggregate raft was constructed beneath the culvert barrel.
