Village Network Family Life Center

This project involved surveying and engineering design services for a new 26,000 sq. ft. single-story school building/Family Life Center for the Village Network. This Facility is located on the Wooster Campus and is part of the residential treatment facility for troubled youth. This project included converting the campus from a well water system with an on-site waste water facility to city services with over 1 mile of 12” water main and a sanitary sewer lift station including over 800’ of sanitary gravity sewer and 1,815’ of 4” force main. Our scope included design of the site layout, grading, parking, utilities, erosion control, and storm water management.
The estimated cost of the entire facility was $3.5 million.
