Reid Industrial Park Commercial Subdivision Design Project
This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the development of an entire commercial subdivision, including over 4,200’ of roadway with curb and gutter, 4,673’ of sanitary sewer, 4,290’ of water line, 5,370’ of storm sewers and two storm water quality basins sized to treat the street improvements. The roadway alignment was designed to limit impacts to existing wetlands and streams, which will help maintain the quality of the wetlands and minimize mitigation.
Project estimated construction cost was $2 million.
