RIC-Whitney Avenue Municipal Bridge Replacement Project |

A metric project located on Whitney Avenue over the Black Fork of the Mohican River for the City of Shelby in 1996 provided roadway approach, bridge and hydraulic engineering and surveying services for a bridge replacement with a 24.4 m (80 ft.) long prestressed precast concrete box beam superstructure with composite concrete deck and sidewalks carried by pile-supported concrete stub abutments. The estimated construction cost was $360,000.
