This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the development of an entire commercial subdivision, including over 4,200 feet of roadway with curb and gutter, 4,673 feet of sanitary sewer, 4,290 feet of water line, 5,370 feet of storm sewers and two storm water quality basins sized to treat the street improvements. Project estimated construction cost was $2 million. Client: City of Mansfield, 2008.
