Noble/Benden Drive Commercial/Light Industrial Subdivision |

This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the development of an entire commercial/light industrial subdivision, including over 4,100 ft. of roadway with curb and gutter and sidewalks, 8,445 ft. of sanitary sewer, 6,829 ft. of water line, 5,189 ft. of storm sewers and a storm water detention basin sized to handle most of the 88 acre subdivision. This project was completed on a very tight schedule with plans completed within just a few months of authorization to proceed. Due to our efficiency in completing the project so quickly, the City received a 5% discount on the contract cost. Project estimated construction cost was $2 million. Client: City of Wooster, 2005.
