Wahsington Township Sanitary Sewer Feasibility Study:
This project in Washington Township in Richland County involves an engineering study to determine the feasibility of providing sanitary sewers to 593 existing lots in seven subdivisions and to provide for future development of this area. The study will provide alternatives for the design of gravity sewers only and for different combinations of gravity sewers and lift stations with force main. This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the installation of storm sewers to correct drainage problems at Mansfield Lahm Airport, including 14,114 feet of storm sewers. Project estimated construction cost was $1,400,000. Client: City of Mansfield, 2006.
Boys Village:
This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the site development of a boarding school in Wooster, Ohio, including over 800 feet of sanitary sewer, a lift station with 1,815 feet of 4” force main, and storm sewers. Client: Boys Village, 2005.
Church of the Nazarene:
This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the site development of a 2,000 seat church in Wooster, Ohio, including 326 feet of sanitary sewer and a lift station with 2,476 feet of 4” force main. Client: Church of the Nazarene, 2005.
Crocker Village:
This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the development of a private commercial subdivision in Wooster, Ohio, including 565 feet of sanitary sewer and a lift station with 1,422 feet of 4” force main. Client: Mr. Jerry Baker, 2004.
Wetherington Heights:
This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the development of a condominium development in Wooster, Ohio, including 10,633 feet of sanitary sewer. Client: Weaver Custom Homes, 2004.
Kochheiser Road & I.R. 71 Sanitary Sewer Project:
This project in Washington Township in Richland County involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of improvement plans for the extension of sanitary sewers along I.R. 71 and Kochheiser Road, including over 1,451 feet of gravity sewer and 6 wyes. Marlowe Heights Sanitary and Storm Sewer Project:
This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of improvement plans for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers within an existing residential subdivision in Springfield Township in Richland County, including over 16,879 feet of gravity sewer, a lift station with 2,868 feet of 4” force main, 143 wyes, and over 12,500 feet of storm sewers. Client: Richland County Commissioners, 1999.
S.R. 39 at I.R. 71 Water and Sanitary Sewer Project:
This project in Madison Township in Richland County involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of plans for one part of a three part project including 2,784 feet of 12” force main and 2,681 feet of 16” water line. Client: City of Mansfield, 1997.
