This project involved surveying and engineering design services for the completion of construction plans for the development of an entire commercial and manufacturing subdivision, including over 1,630 feet of roadway with curb and gutter and sidewalks, 2,226 feet of sanitary sewer, 1,610 feet of water line, 2,879 feet of storm sewers and a storm water retention pond sized to handle 33 acres of the 60 acre subdivision. Project estimated construction cost was $867,000. Client: Chesterland Estates, 2006.
